My version of tuna salad is packed with delicious veggies. It is great on a sandwich, scoop on top of a salad or it can be enjoyed on its own. It’s simple and makes a good lunch or enjoyed as a light dinner. With the inclusion of the yogurt, it makes this tuna salad light and healthy.
